  1. Participation & Submission

1.1 Participation is open to students from age 3 - 17.

1.2 All submitted artwork must reflect the exhibition theme, "My Malaysia."

1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to reject any artwork that is incomplete, inappropriate, does not comply with the exhibition theme, or fails to meet the submission requirements.

1.4 The Organizer reserves the right to curate, select, arrange, relocate, or limit the number of artworks displayed based on exhibition space, operational requirements, and overall presentation.

  1. Artwork Submission Guidelines

2.1 All artwork must be clearly labelled on the reverse side with:

  • Student's Full Name
  • Student's Age
  • School / Studio Name
  • Contact number

2.2 Artwork must be submitted by 5:00pm, 7 August 2026 to the United Point Concierge Counter.

2.3 Late submissions will not be accepted.

  1. Use of Artwork(s)

3.1 By submitting artwork(s), the participating school or studio confirms that it has obtained the necessary consent from the students and their parents or guardians for the submission, exhibition, photography, and promotional use of the artwork in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Ownership of the artwork remains with the participants. However, submission grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display the artwork during the exhibition and to photograph, record, reproduce, crop, resize, edit, and publish images of the artwork solely for exhibition, publicity, promotional, archival, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, printed materials, and future promotional materials, without further notice or compensation.

3.3 The participating school/ studio and individual confirms that the submitted artwork is original and does not knowingly infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

  1. Liability & Disclaimer

4.1 The Organizer will exercise reasonable care in handling and displaying the submitted artwork. However, participation is entirely at the participating school's or studio's own risk.

4.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, deterioration, fading, accidental damage, handling damage, transportation damage, or any other damage to submitted artwork occurring before, during, or after the exhibition.

4.3 The Organizer shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, compensation, reimbursement, replacement value, or any other claim arising from the preparation, submission, transportation, display, storage, collection, loss, or damage of any  submitted artwork.

4.4 The participating school or studio is responsible for ensuring that all artwork is adequately protected prior to submission.

  1. Collection of Artwork

5.1 Submitted artwork may be collected from the United Point Management Office between 21 September 2026 and 20 November 2026, or by arrangement with the Organizer.

5.2 Collection of all submitted artwork(s) within the stated collection period is the responsibility of the participating school or studio or respective parents to arrange.

5.3 The Organizer does not guarantee that artwork will be returned in the same condition as submitted due to the nature of public exhibition and handling.

5.4 Any artwork not collected by 20 November 2026 shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of, recycled, or otherwise dealt with by the Organizer at its sole discretion without further notice or liability.

  1. Acknowledgement, Consent & Indemnity

6.1 By submitting artwork, the participating school or studio acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 The participating school or studio confirms that it has obtained all necessary consent from the students and their parents or guardians for participation in the exhibition and the use of the artwork as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 The participating school or studio agrees to indemnify and hold harmless United Point Management, its management, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the submission, exhibition, display, collection, or use of the artwork, except to the extent caused by the Organizer's wilful misconduct.

  1. Exhibition Changes

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, shorten, relocate, modify, suspend, or cancel the exhibition due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, public health concerns, natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. No compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

  1. Judging & Awards

8.1 The Organizer's decision regarding the selection of the Top 10 Outstanding Artworks shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

  1. General

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any amendments shall take effect upon notification to participating schools or studios.
